Zimmerman Trail Changes
April 5, 2011 11:42 AM The City Council met last night and it seems unlikely that there will be a tunnel built on Zimmerman Trail for bike riding. The price tag is between $83 and $153 million dollars! So plan “B” is to build a
bike path
on the trail. That seems to be little more affordable. That price tag would be about $14 million. And that would also include widening the steep Zimmerman trail. The changes could be completed with in the next 4 or 5 years.
