Yellowstone Art Museum’s 33rd Annual Summerfair This Weekend [AUDIO]
Billings’ largest arts and crafts festival is back this weekend! The Yellowstone Art Museum’s 33rd Annual Summerfair will be held at Veteran’s Park next to Rocky Mountain College and the Big Sky Games. Summerfair begins Saturday, July 17 from 9 am to 4 pm, and will continue Sunday, July 17 from 9 am to 4 pm.
Summerfair is one of the largest annual fundraising events for the YAM’s education programs and operating costs. Over 1000 artists, community groups and food vendors will be on hand with wonderful works of art, good eats and great ways for you to get involved with the community.
While you are there, make sure to catch the second annual Concert in the Park from 4:30 to 8 pm, featuring the folk-rock group Jaded Ladies and classic rockers 7th Avenue Band. Concert admission is free with your admission to Summerfair, and the beer garden and concessions will be available for the concert.
Here’s Livin’ Large Larry with Amanda Lechner of the Yellowstone Art Museum, discussing what makes Summerfair such a great event.
