Wrecking Clowns Crew from Billings Headed to LA for MTV’s “America’s Best Dance Crew” [VIDEO]
January 24, 2012 2:59 PM I have had the pleasure of meeting an 18-year-old named Jeff Lakel. He is a 2011 graduate of Skyview High. In public, Jeff speaks of his tough childhood and learning to adjust out of a “downward spiral lifestyle.” In the last couple of years, Jeff has moved past trouble to form a great, young hip hop dance troupe called the Wrecking Clowns Crew.
Even if hip hop is not your thing, you will be entertained while watching their passionate performances. You may see them on national TV, as they audition this Saturday, January 28 for America’s Best Dance Crew on MTV. These kids are between the ages of 7 and 25 and are full of energy and talent. I had Jeff on the morning show the other day.

I had the honor of attending one of the Wrecking Clowns Crew practices on Monday night as they got ready to perform Thursday night at half-time of the MSU-B basketball game, before driving to LA. I have now become an honorary member of the Wrecking Clowns Crew!
