What’s the Big Deal About Valentine’s Day?

Valentine’s Day is next Thursday and frankly I don’t know what all the fuss is about. I’m not a huge fan of the day set aside for sweethearts. I’m not bitter, (well maybe a little) but honestly the holiday has become way too commercialized and just a way for retailers to make a buck. However, I’m all for doing something nice for your sweetie…but shouldn’t you be doing that all year round?
