With reports of nearly 6″ of rain over the weekend in Miles City, it was a very soggy Bucking Horse Sale. The crowds were still good sized, but the festivities were definitely waterlogged. I took Blueberry, the K-Bear Traveling Bear, with me with the intent of taking pictures of all the festivities. Unfortunately, we missed the parade, we missed the sale, we missed a lot of things. We did, however, have a great weekend with friends despite the rain. Here are a few pictures of Blueberry.
Here Blueberry is full of anticipation as we get ready to hit the road for Miles and the Bucking Horse Sale. Here Blueberry relaxes with a nice bottle of the official Bucking Horse Sale wine. Doesn't she look relaxed?Blueberry spend the weekend inside because of nearly 6" of rain that fell in Miles City. Here she is hanging out with Spike the Chinese Crested Hairless dog. Notice that Spike's t-shirt and Blueberry's dress match!Since we couldn't go outside much, we had an indoor retirement party for our good friend Nancy Abel who is retiring from the Miles City School System after 28 years! Blueberry is sitting in front of a Happy Retirement treat made entirely of chocolate covered rice krispie treats!
