About The Wine Market & Deli
Mary and Bill Kennedy both grew up in Billings Montana. They have been actively involved in the community for the last 30 years. Both of their daughters, one now married and the other pursuing a banking career. Their first grandchild was born this year, and with an empty house it became apparent that opening a new business in Billings, Yellowstone County was a new adventure Mary and Bill were to take on.
They have loved wines and over the years they like to try new wines and especially from smaller wineries not in our region. Bill loves to cook, so pairing the wine store and a deli with catering was an excellent choice.
Bill’s family were “truck farmers” on the Billings Bench. His Uncle John Grano and Uncle Dominic Gesuale were great wine makers. There was always a wonderful wine fermenting in their cellars. Bill remembers the days of picking the greens for dandelion wine his grandparents made. Food ,family , and get togethers have been a great part of Mary and Bill‘s lives.
