They’re Back!
I’ve said it before; I spent my youth growing up in the Seattle area. My sports allegiances are to the Seattle teams. I was the very first Mariners game. I went to Seahawk games. And the NBA team known as the Sonics was a passion of mine. I used to dream about wearing the Green and Gold of the Seattle Supersonics one day. Unfortunately my genetic makeup left me about 6 inches too short for the team… When the Sonics left Seattle for Oklahoma City, I was sad. Although my attention to them had fallen off over the years, I was still aware of the team and how they were doing. So you can imagine how the news breaking today makes me feel – NBA Basketball is returning to Seattle! Reports are coming in from all angles about the Sacramento Kings being sold to a group in Seattle. I am more than stoked for this….Now if you’ll excuse me; I have to go practice my free throws
