Downtown Billings Building Bulldozed!
If you have been anywhere near the Crowne Plaza then you may have noticed the pile of rubble on the corner of Montana Ave. and N. 27th. That’s all that’s left of the Windsor Court building! It’s being demolished to make way for a new $21 million parking garage in downtown Billings. Check it out!
