The New Billings Heights Oasis Water Park is Open
June 4, 2012 It took about 4 years to come to fruition but the Oasis Water Park has opened in Billings Heights, at the corner of Aronson and Caravan Avenues The Better Billings Foundation opened up the park in about 80 degree heat on Sunday June 3.
