Steely Dan’s Donald Fagen is stepping out for his fourth solo record, ‘Sunken Condos,’ coming in October. Fagen’s recorded eight new original cuts, and also added a cover of Isaac Hayes’ ‘Out of the Ghetto’ to fill out the collection.
