The last day of the long Thanksgiving weekend brought snow to the Magic City! Anywhere from 1 1/4 to 3 1/4 inches fell around the Billings area. Today the sun is shining and the melting has begun! Temperatures are expected to warm up significantly by the end of the week! Q2 Meteorologist Ed McIntosh has more on the extended forecast!
If your not ready for winter yet, you better get ready! Today and tomorrow temperatures will be in the 60's but a much different story is on tap for Thursday and Friday! Brace yourself! Much colder temperatures and snow are expected before the end of the week! KTVQ Meteorologist and KBear Afternoon guy, Ed McIntosh tells us what we can expect!

Check out our 5 day forecast! The Billings area gets a break from the snow beginning Friday night. Then we can dig ourselves out. On the West End, we received about 12 inches since Tuesday. I have three snow shovels, so come on over and lend a hand.
This has been a weird winter. The Billings area has received a dusting of snow a couple of times, and unseasonably mild temperatures two weeks ago. Freezin' For A Reason last week was even bearable. Then the snow started to fly last night and it has been blowing around ever since. I can't stand the wind chill temperatures but I don't mind a little snow.
If you're hoping for a "White Christmas" this year, you may want to pack your bags and head east!
This grey and pink highlighted shirt is one that begins the snow thinking process. If you look closely you'll see the little ski dude!
