It was the perfect day weather wise for 4th of July activities! Keri and I were sitting on the front porch late yesterday afternoon and I mentioned to her what a great 4th.."not a cloud in the sky"...not 30 seconds later, a big, black plume of smoke forms just down from our house.
The Billings Roller Derby Dames are ready to lace up their skates again and do some Roller Derby Saturday, June 16. The Billings Roller Derby Dames (BRDD) is undefeated so far this season after going to Denver and schooling them on derby last month!
Another busy and fun weekend in my household! I left the station about 3 p.m. on Friday and the talk from friends and people that I run into on the streets started almost immediately about the 97 cents a gallon for gas on April 19.

I have been waiting for this weekend for four months! The Billings Roller Derby Dames get back to Roller Derby at the Shrine Auditorium on Saturday night against Hel'z Belles from Helena, and they are fast skaters! Doors open up at 6 p.m. the bout begins at 7 p.m. sharp! The Billings Roller Derby Dames have signed me to another year as their Derby Announcer....okay, I begged them! They said yes!

The Billings Roller Derby Dames are playing roller derby at the Shrine tonight at 7pm. I will be on the mic at 6pm when the doors open. This is a family event so be sure to bring your kids.
