Several of us from Townsquare Media had a chance to take a tour of the soon to be opened Northern Hotel today….wow! Billings and all of Montana are in for a treat. Owners Chris and Mike Nelson are putting together quite a building, keeping much of the charm and historical feel of the original building. That’s not to say they have not added some modern amenities to the 160 room building. How about 31 degree beer on tap. Two restaurants that will serve up very tasty dishes from state of the art kitchens. And a very eco-friendly operating system.
Unaccustomed to seeing historical fiction on the History Channel as we are, History's 'Vikings' seems more and more an intriguing new series worthy of carving out a new place in the TV pantheon. The original series will hit TV screens on March 3, 2013, and apart from the teaser and photos we've seen, the network has issued the most real footage yet in the latest trailer for 'Vikings.' Will you watch Ragnar Lothbrok sail into the west? Check out the new trailer for Vikings inside, and judge for yourself!
