July 9, 2012 We are not even a month into summer yet and the weather is almost unBEARably hot here in the Magic City. Temperatures are predicted in the mid to upper 90’s all week! I hope we can get a break soon! I talked with Meteorologist Ed McIntosh today to find out if there is any relief in sight!
June 26, 2012 For the 3rd summer in a row Pepsi and the Dimitch family have agreed to help me "Cool Off Construction". During our 3 or 4 summer heat waves, road workers and construction workers continue to work out in the dangerous heat. 101 on June 25, 99 degrees June 26. Cool Off Construction is when I stop by construction crews in the K-Bear van and give out ICE cold beverages from Pepsi.

May 15, 2012 It’s only May but it’s already feeling a lot like summer here in the Magic City. Last year at this time we were being inundated with wet weather and flooding and this year we haven’t seen any or at least very little! Temperatures are in the mid to upper 80’s this week!
