The happy days are apparently over. But some of the cast may be really happy!
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the cast of the hit comedy series 'Happy Days' is suing CBS and Paramount Pictures, claiming they "have not been paid for their share of years of home video releases and licensed merchandise that used their images and voices."
The charge: a whopping $10 million, plus interest and possibly punitive damages, according to the report.
Mr. and Mrs. C., Potsie, Ralph Malph, and Joannie, from Happy Days, are suing CBS claiming they were not paid according to a merchandising agreement. READ THE STORY
