June 20, 2012 It was a sad story on June 8 about first the family on Colton in Billings that were robbed. But the burglars beat their dog Sadie to the point that the owners had to put the dog to sleep. The story has caused a lot of emotions with people all over the area.

May 23, 2012 On May 22nd, I was at a meeting with Mattress Land U.S.A. and The Montana Rescue Mission discussing plans for the 2nd Beds for Billings Bed Race on September 8. This years race will be part of the 1st "Hope Fest" with the Montana Rescue Mission. Hope Fest will be a family friendly day in downtown Billings with music, food and fun on September 8. May 4, 2012 May 4-6 is this years PBR at Rimrock Auto Arena. The PBR cowboys are all over town signing autographs and are very approachable, so please enjoy their company all weekend long and then cheer loudly when they perform on the bulls!
April 30, 2012 Another busy time this past weekend! Even though the weather wasn't ideal for outdoor activities on Saturday, we still pulled off the March of Dimes, March for Babies at Pioneer Park. I announced on stage, that this year there were 174 teams
April 25, 2012 K-Bear is the proud media sponsor for March of Dimes and March for Babies on Saturday, April 28 at Pioneer Park. The event will take place rain or shine. From past March for Babies events, I have learned to dress in layers. The Hill family, Miranda, Sarah, Emily and Lilly is the poster family for the local March of Dimes and March for Babies event this year.
April 24, 2012 On the the K-Bear Morning Show of April 23 , we heard of a spectacular barn fire way out on Grand and 70th street.
The damage was said to have been in the $1 million range. This wasn't just a barn, this was a horse riding stable to 3 teenage girls, all of whom lost horses in the blaze.
April 16, 2012 Another busy and fun weekend in my household! I left the station about 3 p.m. on Friday and the talk from friends and people that I run into on the streets started almost immediately about the 97 cents a gallon for gas on April 19.
March 30, 2012 Since the fire broke out at the Pepsi plant in Billings on March 28, there has been a lot of clean-up going on there. I had the pleasure of taking a tour of the fire damaged buildings with Ernie, the Plant Manager and one of the owners of Pepsi, Mike Dimitch.
