Billings Explosion on Rimrock Road-[UPDATE]

At about 10:35 this morning an explosion occurred at Placer Drive and Rimrock Road, across from Rocky Mountain College. In the local paper this morning I read a story about Billings resident, Roger Kline. Roger has worked at Best Buy for several years, and is an exemplary employee.
