			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the hours following Saturday’s death of British pop singer Amy Winehouse, <a href="http://old.news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20110724/ts_nm/us_britain_winehouse">sales of her albums surged</a> — pushing her 2007 Grammy-winning album ‘Back to Black’ to the top of the iTunes charts in the US, UK, France, and Germany.</p>
<p>UK’s Official Charts company, which tracks downloads and disc sales, reports a 3700 percent increase in the sales of Winehouse’s albums. “We would expect an even bigger impact to roll through over the coming days,” said Official Charts managing director Martin Talbot.</p>
