It’s rare that musicians are around to celebrate their 100th birthday with the rigors of a concert tour. Elvis Costello, who was born in 1954, is fully aware of this and has announced six solo concerts in California for this fall that he is calling “2054 – The Centenary Show.”

The tour kicks off June 14 in Niagara Falls and wraps up July 21 at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles, Calif. This will be the twelfth incarnation of Ringo’s cast of characters known as the “All Starr Band,” the idea of which, according to Ringo, is that “everybody on stage is a star in their own right.”
