Snow Removal Has Started in Billings
January 23, 2012 3:34 PM I was out driving around Saturday night, heading home at about 8:45 down Broadwater. It was a strange site to see about 7 huge dump type trucks in the center turning lane of the street. Lights flashing, trucks creeping along, picking up snow from Broadwater and the nearby side streets. I assume the same process happened on Central, Grand and probably other busy streets in the city.
I remembered a story that was in the Gazette in December, to remind residents to get their letters in to move the snow removal forward! I also remember that last winter, there was quite a bit of controversy on snow removal.
I just wanted to say thank you to the city of Billings snow removal crews. A job well done!
