Stop the Billings Vandalism Already! [VIDEO]
January 4, 2012 3:53 PM I was enjoying a nice bowl of Mac-n-Cheese today, relaxing watching the noon news! As of noon today, nearly 200 acts of West End Billings vandalism had occurred since the day after Christmas . Broken windows on vehicles, houses shot with “BB” guns, rocks causing body damage to vehicles.
According to KULR-8:
The Billings Police Department says 58 reports were made on Tuesday alone.
