UPDATE: Pipe Bomb Found at Pioneer Park [AUDIO]
October 20, 2011 4:15 PM At about 10:30 this morning a pipe bomb was found at Pioneer Park.
According to Lieutenant Kevin Iffland, the bomb was found in a trash can in Pioneer Park, but it was unclear when the bomb exploded.
