Metrapark Going to the Dogs

MetraPark is going to the dogs this week! June 19-21 some of the prettiest pooches from across the country as well as Canada and Mexico will strut their stuff at the “Copper Circuit Cluster”at the Expo Center.
More than 125 AKC recognized dog breeds will be judged during the 3 days. Each day will see judging competition begin anew. Judges will assess each dog according to the “breed standard”. Best of breed winners will compete for 1st thru 4th place in one of the seven groups (sporting, hound, working, terrier, toy, non-sporting, herding). The seven group winners then compete for Best In Show.
