Merry Christmas!
When I growing up in Seattle, Christmas Eve day was one of the hardest days ever…the waiting, the anticipation of what was in those packages under the tree and the arrival of family for dinner. We always had a big Christmas Eve dinner at our house and then traveled on Christmas day to a relative’s house. Does anyone else still find this a tough day to get through? As I type this, I find my mind thinking about the presents under the tree at my new house. The presents that we have sent to family in Seattle and I get that familiar feeling I had as a child…Christmas excitement!
