Mayor Tom Hanel Says The New Billings Library is Coming [AUDIO]

It was my weekly “Mayor Call” with Tom Hanel on the show this morning as it is every Tuesday and the Mayor gave his bullet points from the Monday City Council meeting. He was happy that the meeting was only 35 minutes long this time and the council accomplished major business including the approval to move ahead with the new Billings Library.
