Look What’s Coming Down Now in Downtown Billings!

The parking garage behind the Northern Hotel is now being demolished to make way for a brand new parking garage!
Back in January the Windsor Court building next to the garage was torn down. Both are being bulldozed to make way for a new $21 million parking garage that will include 550 parking spaces spanning six levels. It was also have 17,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor. It’s expected to be complete late this year or early next year.
