Lewis Black Returns to Billings

Get ready for a lot of ranting and raving! Lewis Black is coming back to Billings!
The Daily Show pundit and Comedy Central star is on the road again and he is bringing his Running on Empty Tour to the Magic City this summer.
Black will perform at the Alberta Bair Theater on August 3. Tickets for the show are $48 and go on sale on Friday, April 27.
Black brings his hilarious angry rants on the road to promote the release of his most recent masterpiece Stark Raving Black!
This is the second time in 2 years that Black has performed in Billings. He was last here on June 24, 2010.
Lewis is best known for his comedy style which often includes simulating a mental breakdown or an increasingly angry rant, ridiculing history, politics, religion, trends and cultural phenomena. He hosted Comedy Central’s The Root of All Evil and makes regular appearances on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart delivering his “Back in Black” commentary segment. When not on the road performing, he resides in Manhattan and also maintains a residence in Chapel Hill, N.C. He is currently the spokesman for Aruba Tourism, appearing in television ads that aired in late 2009 and 2010.
Lewis will also be a contestant on the upcoming Jeopardy! Power Players Week. That show was taped on April 21 and will air May 14-18.
