Is This Legal?
So I am cruising up Grand after the K-Bear Morning show and what do I see? Check my picture – that dog is clearly too big for the back of the pick-up, not to mention it is loose in the bed. Being new to the state, I have to ask the audience is this legal? Can you drive on public roads with your dog not tethered? I know in some states if the sides are 46 inches or higher, it is allowed. Someone fill me in here. By the way, no offense meant towards the owner of the dog – I think it is an awesome dog!
