I’m Thinking About Buying A Town

I read in the paper today that Garryowen, Montana is up for auction on Wednesday, August, 15. For a second I thought maybe it would be kind of cool to own my own town! Name it Livin Large Larry-ville? Opening bid is $250,000!Garryowen is an 8-acre town about 50 miles east of Billings right off of I-90. Hey it has a post office and a Subway shop!
Christopher Kortlander has owned the town for about 20 years when he moved there from California.
The live auction begins August 15 at 4 p.m. and on-line bids will also be accepted.
