Community Living Is Not For Me
This is the first time I have ever lived in an apartment. Seriously. In Alaska we were in a Condo – not quite the same as an apartment. Before that, it was houses.. So I am adjusting to apartment living. The noises, the smells, the noises. See where I am going with this? I am still not use to doors closing at all times of the night. Don’t these people hear their door slam hard? Aren’t they awaken by someone else’s door slamming? And how about the person who feels the need to run their dishwasher at 2am? What – are you afraid your pipes will freeze? Maybe it’s me…We have a six month lease and then we’re hoping to find a house – any advice until then?
