Come On In! The Water’s Fine For The Boat Float! [VIDEO]

With temperatures in the 90’s, this is going to be the perfect weekend to cool off on the Yellowstone River. It’s time for the annual Yellowstone Boat Float! It gets underway tomorrow with a kick off party then Friday hundreds will take to the water to celebrate summer!
Floaters from all over the country including Washington, Las Vegas, Seattle, New Mexico, and Wyoming in rafts, jet boats, kayaks and canoes make the 95 mile journey from Livingston to Laurel. Participants launch from Mayor’s Landing in Livingston. The first stop is in Big Timber, then the fleet will take off for Reed Point Saturday morning. Sunday, the Float continues to Laurel where it wraps up.
Make sure you bring the sunscreen!
