December 27, 2012 Light snow will end this morning on a line from Billings to Miles City, from I-94 to the south. Otherwise, conditions will begin to dry out, but will be slow to warm. Thursday high temperatures will be mainly in the teens with a few low 20s
December 26, 2012 A Pacific storm system will move into the area today producing a steady light snowfall across the area from late in the day Today through Thursday. The heaviest snowfall will be along and south of The I-90 and I-94 east to west line
December 25, 2012 Light snow will continue into this afternoon over Eastern Montana and the Western Dakotas as a Pacific system moves through. Snow is ending in the Billings area for now, but not until a new daily record has been set
December 24, 2012 Pacific moisture will move over the very cold air in place across Eastern Montana and Northern Wyoming today, bringing periods of light to moderate snowfall to the region through tonight. Temperatures will generally hold steady or drop through the rest of the day
December 21, 2012 High pressure will bring warmer and dry conditions to the region today with highs 35 to 45. Lows drop to 15 to 25 degrees. Saturday will be partly cloudy with highs 25 to 35.
Colder air will drop south for the weekend with high temperatures falling below seasonal levels Sunday through early next week
December 20, 2012 Strong and gusty southwest winds will continue around Livingston into this afternoon. Gusts to 80 mph have been reported early in the day but winds will taper off somewhat this afternoon and evening. Some gusty winds will remain through Friday morning

November 26, 2012 The last day of the long Thanksgiving weekend brought snow to the Magic City! Anywhere from 1 1/4 to 3 1/4 inches fell around the Billings area. While the temperatures will be cooler, that doesn't mean the summer's seemingly-endless streak of dangerous fire weather is over. The NWS has issued a red flag warning for the lower half of Eastern Montana, from Billings to the east, until 9 p.m., cautioning of low humidity and gusty winds of as much as 30 mph before a wind shift hits as a cold front moves into the area.
