Another Memorial Day is upon us…it signals the unofficial start of summer and with that comes the summer travel season.
Sure this weekend is Memorial Day. A three day weekend. Too many it’s the unofficial start of summer. And it means BBQing becomes the norm.

There were 84 Veterans who took part in this past weekend’s Big Sky Honor Flight. And one disc jockey.
The whirlwind flight departed Billings Sunday morning with water cannons blasting and it returned last night to a hero’s welcome
It has been a world wind tour of D.C. for Big Sky Honor Flight. We have over 90 WWII vets with us. Our journey started on Sunday morning in Billings. We made our way to the humid air of D.C. and toured the Lincoln Memorial and the Korean War Memorial all before dinner.

A multi-family Garage / Bake / Jewelry Sale and BBQ is scheduled for Friday May 17th and Saturday May 18th here in Billings to raise money for local cancer patient Brent Carranco. The event is schedule for 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM both Friday and Saturday. The fundraiser will be happening at 2233 Interlachen Dr. So when you're out and about this weekend, make it a point to come out and see what's for sale to support a great cause!
