There has been a third explosion in Boston at the JFK Library. This follows two blasts earlier today near the finish line of the Boston Marathon that killed two people and injured dozens more. As of now no other injuries are stemming from this third blast. Authorities aren’t certain this latest attack is related to the other two explosions but they are treating as though it does.
Jordan Johnson is back on the Griz football team. After a 12 day trial in Missoula Johnson was aquitted of rape charges last Friday. Johnson appealed his suspension from the team over the weekend and UM President Royce Engstrom approved the reinstatement. Jurors have reached a verdict in the high profile rape trial of suspended University of Montana quarterback Jordan Johnson.
KTVQ is reporting that just after a few hours deliberation, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty

I for one respect the Billings Police Department. I have personal friends with-in the department. I teach my two teenage boys to respect the law. But for the 2nd time in the last 4 months my youngest son, Devin was pulled over for really nothing. Yes he drives an old "beat up" car with a mis-matched bumper. Yes he has "skateboarder" hair. Yes he is only 15.
Violating a ban on fireworks over the Fourth of July holiday could really cost you this year! Fire danger is extremely high and a ban on fireworks has been issued. The City of Billings Municipal Court has set a fine of $500 for fireworks violations. That’s up for the normal $110.
It was a sad story on June 8 about first the family on Colton in Billings that were robbed. But the burglars beat their dog Sadie to the point that the owners had to put the dog to sleep. The story has caused a lot of emotions with people all over the area.
