Weather forecast says “rain is moving out”.  But what a devastation the rain left in and around Billings.

You have no doubt seen the stories on T.V.. Briarwood, Blue Creek flooded out.  I-90 closed from Hardin into Wyoming and flooded parking lots everywhere.
