Billings Sportsplex Floods After a Freak Accident
On Tuesday night, Keri and I got home at about 9:45 from a late dinner out. We started to relax and Keri’s phone rang, it was one of her employees at the Billings Sportsplex telling her that the Plex was flooding! There was a soccer game going on and one of the players kicked the ball so high and hard that it knocked off the top of one of the sprinkler heads!
Upon our arrival about 10 minutes after the call, fire trucks with lights flashing were already on scene. There were sirens going off, people running to their cars and us running into the Plex. After finding the correct switch to turn the water off, the mop up began.

Anyway, no injuries, but the Plex is closed until Thursday.
