From fresh homemade bread to elegant wedding cakes, there’s lots to choose from, but who’s got the best baked goods in the Magic City? At Stella’s, comfort food is the name of the game .   Although you can grab a bite there any time of the day, her specialties are the baked goods that are cooked up fresh every morning. Make sure you grab some of the delicious cookies, just like Mom used to make.  With delicious Cinnamon rolls, caramel rolls, and sour cream coffee cake, it just doesn’t get any better than this.

Nielsen Farms has been growing the highest quality spring wheat in Nashua, Montana since 1965. So it’s no wonder that Grains of Montana’s signature breakfasts, hearty sandwiches and thick-crust pizzas are some of the freshest in town.  Commercial bakeries buy wheat and flour from large corporate grain companies that use mix a variety of types and grades of wheat to make it as cheap as possible. But at Grains of Montana, they grow all of our own wheat and have it specially milled just for them.  Plus, they don’t use any fillers or stabilizers, making Grains of Montana the home of the freshest bread in town.

If you’ve gone out to eat in Billings, you’ve probably had some of Log Cabin Bakery’s food.  Besides operating their 3 own locations, the Log Cabin bakes bread, pastries, cookies and delicious desserts for many of the restaurants in the Billings area.  Our favorite place to catch them is downtown at the Farmers’ Market.  Doughnut holes for breakfast, mmmmm!
