The “maize” becomes the Field of Screams on Saturday nights, so beware of ghouls and goblins. Be sure to check out the pig races and catch a hayride while you’re out there too.

Satorie Farms in the Heights has pumpkins so good, that Wal-Mart actually purchases their pumkins from them to sell in their stores! There’s a lot to do out there besides pick your perfect pumpkin. They’ve got the Fall Festival, Hay-Rides, Hillbilly Golf, a Corn Maze, plus Trebuchet (catapult) & Slingshot Pumpkin Launching. Try to make it out there for a bonfire party or picnic if you can.

J & K Farms in Laurel has a “pick your own pumpkin” patch, so you can go out and pick your perfect pumpkin right off the ground! They also have a small corn maze with hayrides.
